This class will run from June 8-July 27 and open to skaters who are going to skate on a Coastal Blades Synchro Team for the 26-27 Synchro Season​
*Highly encouraged for those on 26-27' Coastal Blades Roster
​What to Wear: Black skating pants, Black jacket or Tidewater FSC jacket, hair neat (Pony or Bun)

What is Synchronized Skating?
Synchronized Skating is a fast-paced, elegant, and highly coordinated team discipline in figure skating. It brings together teams of 8 to 20 skaters (typically 16 at higher levels), who perform intricate routines on ice to music — all in unison.
Teams execute a variety of required elements such as:

Formations (circles, lines, wheels, blocks)

Step sequences

Lifts (at higher levels)

Creative transitions and storytelling
Skaters need not only individual technical skills, but also teamwork, timing, and trust to glide together as one unit.
